Q:What info do I need to provide for quote and shipping?

A:

1. Cargo details (product name, carton number, dimension, weight, ship from address, destination, trade term: EXW or FOB)

2 Commercial invoice and packing list

3 Amazon shipment with FBA ID and Amazon reference ID

4 Supplier’s contact details (phone number or email address)

Q:Is there any additional cost behind the quotation?

A:Usually if for door to door service, we will quote all charges from door to door, but sometimes there are some unexpected special circumstances like destination customs inspection and storage charges, it will be at cost.

Q:Why there is difference for the weight and volume from supplier and courier?

A:Usually the supplier provides the dimension of inner box to you, but courier measures the outer size of each carton and calculate the volume weight, this is why the differences exist.

Q:How long will it take for my shipment to get to its destination?

A:It depends on which kind of service you choose, fast service for 3-4 days and sea freight may take about more than a month. We can discuss and choose the most suitable shipping way for you.

Q: I have bought lots of goods from cities around China, could you consolidate together and send me?

A:Of course, we have warehouse to consolidate all the shipments from anywhere in China and the ship them together to you.

Q:What is the difference between door to door and door to port?

A:Door to port is collection from origin and delivery to destination port only where you will have to collect yourself; door to door is collection from origin and delivery to your address directly.

Q:Do I need insurance?

A:Under limited liability, damaged or lost cargo is assessed by weight, not value. That is to say, there is no guarantee of recovery against a carrier for the full amount of the loss and damage and your compensation may be dramatically less than the commercial value of the goods. However, we recommend goods are adequately covered by insurance.

Q:When should I pay?

A:Full deposit payment will be required on confirmation of booking.
